Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your Mudi account, navigate to your order history, and select the items you wish to return to receive a unique Return Authorization number.

  Prepare Your Package

  Carefully pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are intact, and include the provided packing slip inside the box.

• 3.
  Print and Ship

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from our portal, affix it securely to the outside of your package, and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects your return, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
